Fifth meeting of the Negotiating Committee - Principle 10

The fifth meeting of the Negotiating Committee will take place on 21 to 25 November 2016 in Santiago de Chile. The purpose of this meeting is to resume negotiations on the substantive content of the regional agreement using, as a basis for discussion, the fourth version of the text compiled by the Presiding Officers, which includes the language proposals sent by countries.
