The fourth meeting of the Negotiating Committee will take place on 9 to 12 August 2016 in the Dominican Republic. The purpose of this meeting is to resume negotiations on the substantive content of the regional agreement, using as a basis the third version of the text compiled by the Presiding Officers, which includes the language proposals sent by countries.
